Toning and Weight Loss Training

This workout program focuses on exercises that focus on fat loss, tightening and toning. Toning implies leanness in the body but not significant muscle size. In this program we strengthen while working to peel away the layers of fat and exposing a toned body. Nutrition will also play an important role in this weight loss program as the combination of exercise and balanced nutrition will lead to weight loss results.

Aesthetics Training

This workout program will enhance muscular symmetry. The goals is to create a balanced look using weightlifting conditioning techniques. This program will target areas and use bodybuilding techniques to enhance the muscular development in the body. Do you want to build your glutes? Back? Chest? Legs?... This is the program for you

Metabolic Conditioning

This workout will target your whole body using various muscle groups to strengthen, sculpt and tone. Exercises will vary from, flexibility, strength and resistance. Workouts might include Muscle Endurance, HIIT, Tabata and aerobics. This is a great program if you prefer a high intensity cardiovascular workout that is sure to get your heart going.

1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING

A customized program designed and tailored to your personal goals. It will include progressive workouts during a 60 minute workout session. Training will include all of the elements necessary to achieve an overall healthy fitness level: including conditioning, strength training, endurance training, body composition and flexibility. Clients will be given tips and strategies in the area of nutrition that will serve to support their fitness goals. Individuals receive coaching and support through accountability during and after workouts in order to maximize results. Sessions will be 1-on-1 in person or can be done virtually from home, all with the goal of achieving and maximizing your results.

PARTNER TRAINING/GROUP TRAINING

Partner training allows participants to train with a friend or spouse with similar goals at a reduced cost. Both individuals would share a common interest and might prefer to have a partner instead of doing it alone. Partner training is great for those individuals who are looking for extra motivation in and outside of the gym and want to share the journey together. Sessions are 60 minutes in person or virtual based on clients needs.

MONTHLY "JAZZZZ ELITE" SUBSCRIPTION

Designed for those who want accountability and commitment at the same time, this program offers a great way to save on 1-on-1 training sessions by signing up for an ongoing monthly subscription! Your monthly subscription entitles you to receive 2-to-3 training sessions each week; and in addition to the weekly in-person sessions, clients will have access to weekly assessments, nutrition suggestions, stress management tips and suggested workouts for outside of the sessions. (Note that this program has a 2 month minimum and automatically renews each month; unused weekly sessions can be made up within the month but do not roll over to the following month.)
